I was a 2-way All-American at Oklahoma, played 8 years in the Minor Leagues with parts of 3 seasons in the Major Leagues, was part of the 2005 World Series Champion Chicago White Sox, am currently the AZL Pitching Coach with the AZ D-backs, and I really enjoy
working with kids on improving their baseball skills.
