My specialty is the catching position, infielders and hitting. My philosophy is based on superior defense wins ballgames, not offense. Superior defense lies in doing the most basic fundamental things correctly. Those basic fundamentals are what I teach, and something I see lacking in many youth baseball organizations. Once that groundwork is laid, I develop into more advanced skills and drills wether it be for catchers, infielders or hitters. I believe doing the little things right make all the difference, and if you don’t do them right, it’s not worth doing at all. Work ethic and effort are everything to me. I will take the average player with superior work ethic and effort over the superstar every time.
