Learn the proper batting technique along with the sacrifice bunt, bunting for a hit, and switch hitting. Learn pitching mechanics. Learn the fastball, curveball, cutter and change-up along with pick off moves. Learn catching mechanics including footwork, throwing form, pop ups and blocking balls. Learn fielding technique including footwork, throwing form, movements, and cut-offs. Learn the proper way to run the bases and lead off techniques.
I have played baseball through college and have been teaching/managing youth sports for the past 16 years including AAU travel baseball.
